Above is what you said! Everyone who participated in the course shared what values and attributes a person who does My Move Awareness Through Movement lessons has... in other words, who are you?

If you are taking the course for the first time now, what would you say? Watch the video and this question will be asked. Have a pen and paper ready.

  1. I found ideas that are applicable to how I operate in the world, like dealing with the obstacles I unwittingly put up for myself when trying to achieve a goal. It also made me think of the phrase “ perfection is the enemy of good, or good enough”.

    1. Patricia, I’m glad these ideas were applicable for you. I tried to address what really happens for everyone in real life, to help you have real tools to apply that work. And congratulations, I saw you completed the course! I like your phrase about perfection, you must have also read the article I wrote about perfection, Perfection is Boring, how do you think this applied to your thoughts on perfection?
