How to begin!

Tap play below to start your 18 minute lesson! It will be mostly lying on your back. Just a couple of minutes in sitting at the beginning, either on the floor or sitting on a chair.

  • Have a soft mat ready, or a bed is fine. Have a folded towel or blanket to put under your head if you need the support.
  • Move slowly, never straining, do only what is easy and comfortable.
  • Avoid any pain or discomfort. Instead do the movements smaller, slower, or in your imagination. This will invite the improvement and the learning!
